About Life 180 Counseling & Education LLC’s Services
Recovering from a drug or alcohol addiction takes time. By working with our trained professional counselors, clients develop and maintain the physical and emotional strength needed to remain in recovery, even on the most challenging days. Recovery is a lifelong pursuit, but no individual or family is alone. Our hope is that once a client completes treatment, the individual will continue to live free from active addiction and cultivate new activities to prevent boredom in their new routine.
Life 180 Counseling is a treatment center that offers outpatient counseling in Springfield, Missouri. At Life 180, we offer evidence-based treatment, which studies have shown to work. We also provide a comprehensive, holistic approach to chemical dependency, in a safe, confidential and supportive environment. We allow the individual to receive treatment while continuing to live at home and attend school and/or work.
Life 180’s caring staff is dedicated to meeting everyone’s unique needs by providing a client-centered approach to treatment.
Services Provided:
DOT- Qualified Substance Abuse Professional (Q SAP): When a driver has a DOT violation, related to drugs and alcohol, Life 180 counseling is ready to assist with the return to duty process.
Anger Management: Don’t let anger ruin your life and the life of your loved ones. We use the holistic approach to help the client recognize constructive ways to cope with anger.
Batterer Intervention Program: Domestic Violence, is violence or other abuse by one person against another in a domestic setting, such as in marriage or cohabitation. 1 in 4 women suffer some form of domestic violence in their lifetime. Life 180 Counseling offers 26 and 52 week group sessions to increase awareness, with a goal of no more victims.
Group Therapy: Our groups use focused discussion, to help clients identify their responsibility and effective methods to correct adverse behavior for lifestyle change.
Substance Use: We recognize that asking for help is uncomfortable and one of the most difficult tasks for substance abusers. We provide outpatient and continuing care services and assist the client in strengthening their personal recovery.
